My holistic facials are far more than skincare treatments. They are restorative rituals that combine intentional touch, facial massage, nervous system regulation, and mindful presence to support both your skin and your overall wellbeing. Each facial is tailored to what your body is asking for in that moment, leaving you feeling nourished, radiant, and deeply relaxed from the inside out.

Alongside my facials, I offer closing ceremonies—beautiful, intentional rituals that honour life’s significant transitions. Whether you’re moving through postpartum, completing a chapter, healing after loss, celebrating personal growth, or simply feeling called to mark a new beginning, these ceremonies provide a space to pause, reflect, and be witnessed. Together, we create a meaningful experience that allows you to acknowledge where you’ve been, release what no longer serves you, and step forward with intention.

I also guide Somatic Conscious Connected Breathwork, a powerful practice that gently reconnects you with your body and your breath. Through conscious breathing in a safe, supported environment, you are invited to release stored tension, process emotions, regulate your nervous system, and deepen your connection with yourself. Every breathwork journey is unique, meeting you exactly where you are. At the heart of everything I offer is the intention to help you come home to yourself.
