Hi! I’m Roz, an Acupuncturist specialising in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Five Element acupuncture for patients of all ages.

My Approach

Every treatment reflects the patient’s needs in that moment, combining needling with gentle touch and other techniques.

Needling: Super fine needles are inserted at points across the body to engage the body’s natural ability to restore balance

Moxibustion: The common herb mugwort is burned at specific points to make use of its nourishing and warming properties

Cupping: Glass cups are placed over areas of tension and a vacuum is created with a flame to release tension held in the tissues

Gua Sha: A gua sha tool is used to create friction over the surface of the skin to draw out heat and move stagnation

Paediatric Acupuncture: Having trained in paediatric acupuncture, I offer gentle Chinese Medicine treatments for children as young as newborn. While treatments can involve needling if it feels appropriate, the emphasis is always on the child feeling safe, relaxed and at ease. Treatments can include ‘Tui na’ medical massage, acupressure and Japanese ‘Shonishin’ non-needling acupuncture.
