Osteopathy is a hands-on form of therapy that focuses on improving the function of the body's muscles, joints, and connective tissues. Rather than simply addressing where pain is felt, osteopathic treatment aims to understand the factors contributing to your symptoms. Using a variety of manual techniques, osteopaths help restore movement, ease discomfort, support recovery, and encourage your body to function at its best.

Whether you're recovering from exercise, managing muscle tightness, or looking to prevent injury, sports massage can be an effective way to keep your body moving and feeling its best.

Clinical Pilates is a low-impact form of exercise designed to improve strength, flexibility, balance, and posture. With a strong focus on core stability and controlled movement, it can help support injury recovery, reduce the risk of future injuries, and improve overall body awareness.
I integrate Clinical Pilates principles into my osteopathic treatments to support rehabilitation and long-term results. I also run group Pilates classes at Camborne Community Centre.

I’m a registered Osteopath with a Master’s degree in Osteopathy from the British College of Osteopathic Medicine. I help people overcome pain, recover from injury, and move with greater confidence, whether they’re dealing with back or neck pain, sports injuries, postural problems, or everyday aches and pains.
My approach is hands-on, evidence-based, and tailored to each individual. I combine osteopathic treatment with rehabilitation strategies to help reduce pain, improve mobility, and support long-term recovery. Every treatment plan is designed around your goals, lifestyle, and what matters most to you.
Alongside osteopathy, I am trained in Clinical Pilates through the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute (APPI), which allows me to incorporate movement-based rehabilitation, strength training, and posture improvement into my treatment plans. I also hold qualifications in Medical Acupuncture, Sports Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, and Pregnancy Massage, enabling me to provide a well-rounded approach to recovery and wellbeing.
I believe the best results come from working together. I take the time to understand the root cause of your symptoms, explain my findings clearly, and create a treatment plan that helps you feel confident throughout your recovery. Whether your goal is to get back to sport, move more comfortably at work, or simply enjoy everyday life with less pain, I’m here to support you every step of the way.

I want you to feel completely relaxed and at ease during your session! To help me easily check your movement and posture, it's best to wear loose, comfortable clothing.
Here are a couple of handy tips depending on what I am treating:
For lower body issues (hips, knees, or ankles): Pop a pair of shorts into your bag. It makes the examination and treatment much smoother and more convenient for you.
For upper body issues (upper back, neck, or shoulders): For women, it is really helpful to wear a traditional clasping bra rather than a sports bra, as it allows me to easily work around the area.
Above all, your peace of mind is my top priority, so please just wear whatever you feel most comfortable in!

Your initial consultation will last between 45 and 60 minutes, focusing entirely on finding the root cause of your discomfort. I begin with a thorough chat about your current symptoms, medical history, and lifestyle habits to get a complete picture of your health. From there, I will guide you through a detailed postural assessment and physical movement tests to see exactly how your body is functioning.
Once I have a clear understanding, I will explain my findings and map out a treatment plan tailored to you. If safe and appropriate, I will start hands-on therapy right away during this first visit. This typically involves a combination of gentle techniques like soft tissue massage, stretching, and joint mobilisation.
To ensure your recovery continues at home, you’ll leave with practical advice, ergonomic tips, or easy rehabilitation exercises and a discussion on when to next come in.
Your safety is always my priority, so if I ever feel you need further diagnostic investigations like an X-ray or MRI, I will fully support and guide you through that referral process.

Not at all!
You can book an appointment with me directly whenever you need. I welcome self-referrals, so there is no need to wait for a doctor's letter or see anyone else before getting started.
If I ever feel that your condition requires additional diagnostic testing or a specialist opinion, I will point you in the right direction and help you navigate those next steps.

Yes, we have free on-site parking available for everyone visiting The Hide. For those travelling by public transport, there is a bus stop conveniently located right at the entrance to the car park. If you have any trouble tracking us down on the day, just give me a call and I will gladly help you find your way.

I run a private clinic, and payment is required at the time of your appointment. While I don't bill insurance companies directly, I am more than happy to give you a detailed receipt after your treatment. These receipts are usually accepted for most health cash plans. If you aren't sure whether your specific provider covers osteopathy, I always recommend giving them a quick call before booking just to double-check.

What my Patients are saying
I went to Release Osteopathy with a hip pain which had been sore for 3 months. Bethany performed hands on treatment and gave me a programme of exercises to do at home. After 3 sessions my hip pain has gone and I’m enjoying long walks again. So happy with Release Osteopathy and would recommend Bethany without reservation
— Former PatientI highly recommend Beth at Release Osteopathy. She really took the time to listen to me and let me voice what was going on for me and any concerns I had. Beth made me feel so comfortable and explained things to me in ways that I found really helpful. I have felt so much improvement since going to Beth, her time, patience and knowledge made me feel safe and heard and has also really helped me to gain deeper understanding of how I can help myself and my back. I can't thank her enough really
— Former PatientBeth was lovely I highly recommend. She was comforting and reassuring and the environment was super relaxing. Beth helped with my pain and movement with exercises given to complete at home which were really useful
